1. General Term of Service (TOS)

1) Acceptance of TOS
The proprietary rights and copyrights, with regard to character materials, video and audio information, data, layout of web pages, designs, system and structure of website, etc., displayed on the digital magazine platform of China International Publishing Group (CIPG), shall be owned by CIPG. The service provided will be operated strictly according to its published TOS and rules of operation.

2) Members should abide by laws and regulations as follows:
Each member agrees to abide by "The Copyright Law of People's Republic of China","Keeping National Secrets Law of People's Republic of China", "The Regulation of Protecting the Security of Computer Information System of People's Republic of China", "The Regulation of Protection for Computer Software" and the other related laws, regulations, rules, implementation methods, industrial rules enacted and promulgated by nation and industry. Through fair and foul, the digital magazine platform of CIPG deems reasonably that a member's conduct and action may violate and act against the above laws and rules, infringe upon public interest or personal rights, or cause harm to the public image of the said website. CIPG has the right to, at any time, terminate the service for that member with or without prior notification. Members should understand that the Internet goes beyond national boundaries, and pay more attention to obeying all of the related laws and rules.

3) Proprietary right to content
The definition of content includes, without limitation to, words and characters on web pages, software, sound, photos, videos, graphs, design of webpage structure, layout of website, etc. All the above content shall be protected by copyright law and the other property right laws. Therefore, only within the authorization scope provided by the digital magazine platform of CIPG, can members use the said content. Copying or reproducing or licensing to copy the said content, or creating deriving products relating to the content, shall be not allowed.

4) Notification
The digital magazine platform of CIPG will send notifications to members via e-mail, bulletins on webpages or normal letters. Members will be notified of modifications in TOS or the changing of other items through the above forms.

5) Link
The said service may provide links to other websites or resources on Internet. The digital magazine platform of CIPG does not warrant that the said websites or resources can be accessed or made available. The digital magazine platform of CIPG holds no liability for any losses or damages resulting from the possible use of the said websites or resources.

6) Covenant between the digital magazine platform of CIPG and members
Any advertisement, tariff and declaration on the digital magazine platform of CIPG shall not constitute an offer. Before the digital magazine platform of CIPG confirms the receipt of your order and accepts it via e-mail or telephone, there exists no covenant between you and the digital magazine platform of CIPG. The digital magazine platform of CIPG reserves the right to limit quantity of the ordered products. You must ensure the authenticity of all the information given in the order.

7) Price and availability
The price and availability of the products will be shown clearly on the digital magazine platform of CIPG. Such information may be changed at any time without notification. Each item of price includes value-added tax (according to the standard Chinese tax rate). Any decision we may make in relation to the Rules of Acceptance and Use of the Member Service shall be final.

b. if the personal data changes, to update the corresponding registration information in time in order to meet the requirement of item
(2) The digital magazine platform of CIPG will provide consultations and answers to members. Your questions, whether sent through e-mail, telephone, fax or other ways, shall be responded to promptly.

3) Security of information
This website will strictly monitor and protect the information you provide. The corresponding security technology will be utilized to prevent your personal data from being lost, stolen or tampered with.

4) Privacy system for members
Respecting the personal privacy of members is a basic policy of the digital magazine platform of CIPG. The digital magazine platform of CIPG will not release, edit or disclose the registration information of members. When information from this website is demanded by a governmental authority or judicial organization in accordance with legal procedure, the website will provide personal data on demand or for the purpose of public security. 5) Account, password and security of members

6) Punitive measures likely to be taken
a. Suspension of account. The account will be suspended for an appropriate period of time. The website shall notify the said member through proper channels. During the suspension, the said member is allowed to make contact with customer service personnel.
b. Termination of account. The account may be terminated before the said member receives the official notification of termination.

7) Member obligations
If you post remarks that fall into one of the following categories, we reserve the right to delete the remarks or freeze your account. The member shall hold liability for the claims raised by any third party, if the remarks/pages posted or contents transmitted by the said member through this service, violate the TOS or infringe upon any rights of others.

1. Opposing the basic principles of the Constitution;
2. Jeopardizing national security, revealing national secrets, trying to overthrow the government, breaching national unification;
3. Libeling and harming national honor and interests;
4. Instigating ethical hatred and discrimination, and demolishing nation's comity;
5. Breaching national religious policy, advocating evil cultism and feudal superstition;
6. Spreading canards, disturbing social order, demolishing social stabilization;
7. Spreading content including obscenity, erotism, gambling, violence, homicide, terror or abetting crime;
8. Insulting or slandering other people, harming others' legal rights and interests;
9. Spreading or distributing the works copyrighted by other people without consent of right owner, as well as spreading the forbidden content with a disregard for laws and administrative regulations;
10. Publishing or posting any remarks and messages that advocate racial discrimination;
